Drivers Side Electric Door Lock Not Working And No Noise When Turn Signal Help?

I just changed out my broken factory radio out for an after market radio. 1 day later my drivers side electric door locks and the turn signal makes no sound when either turning right or left. Vehicle is a 2008 Chevrolet Equinox. Used a factory harness connector to match up with factory harness. Radio works fine. Everything else works fine. Checked the fuses and all fuses are working and good. Control for lock does not work on drivers door, remote works for left side and rear lift gate door. Ran red wire for after market radio to outside fuse box and plugged into a spare/open positive slot, that turned the unit on when ignition turns on, and turns unit off when ignition is shut off. Even when car goes into drive, drivers side door does not lock/unlock. What should I try next? Thoughts on problem?
