I Bought A 2011 Chevy Cruze 12-10. $50 Test Drive Bonus Never Received

12-10 I  test drove and bought a 2011 Chevy Cruze. There was $50 test drive incentive and nearly 9 months later no $50 gift card. I have called the dealer/saleman many times. He has called GM and they assured us the card was in proceess and on the way. However, No Card. Please tell me why this is happening. It has left a bitter taste in my mouth and due to this situation I purchased a new Dodge Truck. This can't be good business!
