Brake Calipers Hanging Up

Bought car 6 months ago. Had brake system completely overhauled. One or more of the calipers are hanging up when accelerating from a stop. Relases on it's own after a few feet causing car to surge in acceleration. Does not do it all the time But started doing soon after I bought the car. Still does after the brake overhaul. Of course will never do it when technician is driving. I've had three chevrolet dealerships look at it. Nothing shows up on computer and no engine lights come on.
