Radio And Chimes Not Working

hello i have a 2008 impala and the chimes not working and factory radio will not comeing on at all i was putting in subs and tweck the amp just a lil and radio shout off !!Check fuses they are good check harness and relays they are good as well but the chimes when i put the key in ,open the door is not sounding either so what have i done and how can i fix this any suggestions?
