Electric Locks, For 2004 Chevy Blazer.

How can I fix my electric locks on 2004 Chevy blazer? They only lock electrically, when the ignition is on and driven 10 yds, or will electrically unlock when the car is shifted into park. I checked the fuses to no avail. Is there other in line fuses?
