2004 Malibu Maxx Steering Wheel Electronic Controls

None of my electronic controls (radio, cruise control, horn etc) are working on my steering wheel. All fuses are OK. I also have a message to service my airbag everytime I start the car witch is probably related to the problem. Is there a main connector for that system or does anybody have a solution?
