Battery Not Charging. Replaced The Alternator And Serpertine Belt

Are you sure the serpentine belt is tight enough to drive the alternator? Sometimes the belt tensioner wears out and it won't keep the serpentine belt tight enough to correctly drive the alternator. Start the car and make sure the alternator pulley is moving and at the correct speed.
The only other thing I can think of is the fusible link between the starter and alternator has melted. Be sure there is power going from the alternator to the battery. A voltmeter should be able to tell you if there's a break in the battery cable's fusible link.
