Chevy Avalanche Goes Forward When In Reverse And Only Has 1st And 2 Nd Gear

Your gears are messed up so when it is in park you count the first click is always reverse then the second nuetral but it you put it in reverse and it goes forward the your gears need to be adjusted under the rubber.
