Engine Swap From 4.3 Efi To 350 V8 Carburetor

yes I need to know ho to rewire everything . Going from efi to carburetor.I already have the module for the transmission to shift need to know how to to get rid of half the wiring I do not need .I am getting rid of all the smog junk can you help.It is a 2002 s10 pickup zr2. my name is bill
