Nipple On Top Of Motor

dnt know what goes on this nipple on the top left corner it sucks air

It is sadly not clear which motor is in reference but the Service Manual alluded to on the YouTube video here www.youtube.com/watch?v=s3z63qbbibA may just be able to assist.
