Wire Short Now Won't Start.

Positive wire coming out of terminal block under the battery shorted out and blew 30 amp large fuse to the left of the battery attached to fender well. Replaced fuse but now car will not start. Have power everywhere and no fuses blown in under hood box or interior box. What could be the cause?
