Z34 Lumina 3.4 Liter

the car cranks but dosent turn over. starter, battery and egr was replaced. tryed jump start and failed. there is a ping from the starter hitting flywheel. all pulleys move when cranking. NOT SURE WHAT TO DO. Need help
