How To Do A Refund On A Cash Register

It depends upon the item setup. If you normally just press an item button and the item rings up with a pre-set price, then you just press RF then the item then a payment type e.g cash. If you normally enter aprice when selling an item, you need to enter that price when refunding e.g for a $12.50 item, RF 1250 item cash. Hope this helps.
