How To Clear A Memory Of A Casio Pcr-t2100 Cash Register

we are trying to clear our memory for our register for the new year coming up

1 Insert the "PGM" mode key into the mode switch on your Casio PCR-T465 cash register.
2 Turn the key to "Z" -- the Reset Mode position.
3 Push the "= CA/AMT TEND" key to print the Reset Report.
4 Return the "PGM" mode key to the "OFF" or "REG" position. Pull the key from the mode switch.

If that doesn't work you could also try turning off the power and disconnecting the backup battery. This will cause it to lose all the stored settings and should reset it for you.
