Black Ink Does Not Work After Two Repairs At Your Center.
The black ink fails to work in my canon pixma ip90 portable printer which I twice brought to your center for the same repair. The original problem was the message that the ink tank was full and you emptied it and reset the printer and then it came home and still did not function although there was no more error message. I brought it back for repair and once again I have no black ink. I spoke to a representative at your office on the phone today and he suggested I purchase a new portable - either the ip100 or an hp printer. He also mentioned that a replacement part might be required - a new print head? - but that the cost and availability from Canon might be prohibitive. Can you let me know what is the cost and possibility of replacement before I make the decision to let go of this equipment? Thank you, Jay Tropianskaia
