The most likely cause of this is a print head issue.
This may solve your current issue:-
Most printers have a cleaning routine where you tell the printer to go through a cleaning cycle. This will be a program on your computer or a button on the printer itself. A number of these cleanings can take care of a clogged print head.
If not then please try the following:-
1 With the printer power on please open the cover and wait for the carriage to appear.
2 Unplug the printer from the mains and carefully slide the carriage to gain access to the print cartridges and remove them.
3 With a damp cloth or ear bud clean the print head. (isopropyl achohol with water works best)
4 Leave for 5 minutes and put the cartridges back in.
This may solve your current issue:-

Greetings.
This error indicates that an internal error has occurred which may be resolved by resetting the printer. Please follow these steps for isolating and resetting the printer:
1. Open the printer's front cover, and then open and close the print head lock lever (do not remove the print head).
2. Make sure all ink tanks are seated properly.
3. Make sure all packing materials have been removed.
4. Make sure no paper is jammed in the printer.
5. Disconnect the printer cable from the printer.
6. Close the front cover and turn the printer off.
7. Unplug the printer from the power source, and then plug it back in after five minutes.
8. Power on the printer.
