Set Up Fax Address Book

I've searched the online manual for setting up and using address book, but when I right click "882" and select "Printing Preferences" as instructed, the "Address Book" does not show up (using Windows 7).  If I send FAX from printer controls or computer (without address book) is a cover sheet automatically generated?  Is a printed manual available, or could I download the entire manual?  If so, how many pages are there?
