Only Prints In Red Color

why does my PIXMA MX512printer only print in red color ,I tried to print blk only still prints red . I tried 3 new blk ink tanks #240

Does this happen when making copies? If yes, then you have a bad firmware or control board. If not, then you must download and install the latest printer driver for the model.
