My Scanner Scans One Half Of The Page Only.

My scanner is only a few months old and it just started having this problem where it scans only half of a page (vertically) and then fills in the other half with the same image but darker. WHy? How do i fix this?

Greetings - I would suggest you uninstall your current scanner software and download, install and try the one from the foregoing link and observe.
