How Can I Download The Mx430 Quick Menu I Accidentally Unistall It On My Laptop.

There is no Canon MX430. I'm guessing you mean MX340. You'll be able to download what you seek at http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/support/consumer/printers_multifunction/pixma_mx_series/pixma_mx340#BrochuresAndManuals.
