Moving Printer To New Wireless Network

I recently moved to a new home and am unable to get my printer to recognize my wireless network.  I left the router behind at my former residence because the service providers were different and I already had the new wireless setup at my new home.  I ran the PIXMA MX350 series Setup Cd-ROM and the printer does not get recognized.  I tried the Microsoft uninstall and all but one file (the survey file) would not uninstall.  Next step, please?
