Printer Screen States Printer Error Has Occurred Turn Off Power Then Back On A

Hi. Do you get an error code with it - like B200 or so? Unfortunately, if turning the printer off and back on does not clear the error, then the issue could be a little serious. Go here http://www.canon-europe.com/support/consumer_products/product_ranges/printers/pixma/error_codes/ if you are receiving an error code with the message.
