Canon Pixma Mg5220 Wireless Setup

Canon Pixma MG5220 printer cannot not be setup wireless on Windows Vista 32 bit computer. Keep getting error message stating "Cannot create new port.:0023". Then the installation crashes.Printer installation software has been uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. I cannot get the wireless installation to work.
