How Do I Open The Transport Unit On Rear Side Of Pixma Mg4220?

How do I open the transport unit on rear side of printer, Canon, model PIXMA MG4220? It pulled in a whole stack of paper and it is jammed. Support code 1303. There is no way to reach any of the paper from the front. The error msg on small screen instructed me turn off printer and to open from the rear and remove paper. Is there a video or anything that will show me how to open the transport unit on rear side of the printer? Thank you so much for any guidance you can provide. Sincerely, Gail Forsberg

See Clearing the jam from rear of the printer at https://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch000980.htm. If the issue persists (or if you require further explanation), you'll have to consult Canon. (Call Canon for support at 800-828-4040. If it's beyond the first 90 days you may have to pay, or seek professional help.)
