If your printer cyan ink cartridge is empty or the head is clogged, preventing it from reaching the nozzles, only the yellow and magenta inks will be printed on the paper. This will tint the image reddish/orange/yellow.
Most home printers use both black and color ink cartridges. In many cases, a printer that only prints yellow indicates that the ink for the other colors is running low. This is normal and should not cause concern. It's time to refill or replace your color ink cartridge if any of the ink colors are missing.
