The Printing Is So Blurred I Can't Read In. More In The Center Of Page

Clean the printhead or cartridge nozzles as per the manual here https://www.helpowl.com/manuals/Canon/PIXMAMG3120/122434 and observe. You will have to replace the cartridge or printhead if the issue persist.
