My Printer Will Not Print A Pdf File. I Have Pixma Mg3120 And A Mac Laptop.

As long as the driver software is installed, your Canon PIXMA MG3120 should be able to print PDF files just like MS Word document files. If you do not have the driver, you can download it here:
Please also refer to the user's manual for the proper setup of your printer. There might be a problem with the cable connections.
