Mg 2120 Isn't Working Properly
Our Canon Pixma MG 2120 printer is not working after installing new cartridges. The strip has been removed, cartideges installed removed and reinstalled. Any helpful hints we could try next?

The link provided in the previous answer does not apply to your printer.
The likely problem is either that the new cartidges were not installed properly or that one or the other was defective. Go to this Canon page and link to the article listed first. If your problem persists, return the cartridges for replacement.
