Reset Printer To Print On Letter-sized Paper.
I looked on-line to figure out how to print our logo on letter-sized envelopes and couldn't get it to work. A co-worker tried to do it and couldn't figure it out either. Now the printer is not working at all. The red light flashes and says RECEIVED IN MEMORY INCORRECT PAPER SIZE. Just want to get the copier the way it was before buttons were pushed. Tried unplugging it several times and letting it sit for a few minutes, then plugged it back in. It did not reset. I tried the two suggestions given, and neither helped. Can you offer any help?
