Canonscan 5000f Driver
I have upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 8.1 unfortunately the canon scan 5000F driver is not excepted by the Windows 8.1 Canon informed me no upgrade is available. Is there a way to overcome my problem Regards FriedricNORSh

There are two different 5000F drivers for Win8.1, depending on whether your system is 32-bit or 64-bit. Go to http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/support/consumer/scanners/canoscan_series/canoscan_5000f#DriversAndSoftware and with the drop-down menu select the driver for your system.
