I Need To Remove The Magazine Pouch Panel On The Back Of The Front Seats. Help?

i need to remove the magazine pouch panel on the back of front seats in 2007 sts, because the vinyl has separated from the contoured plastic form...are there screws or clips?  I dont want to break it.  I need to reglue the vinyl to to pre formed plastic piece.  it is the panel directly behind the drivers and passengers seats with the magazine pouch.  [email protected]
