Low Beam Headlights Wont Work

I have tried everything to make my low beam headlights work but they wont.my fog lights were out and i took it to a dealer to fix them.he told me i needed a pigtail for the fog lights.i used the fog lamps once or twice and every sence my low beams wont work please help!
