2003 Cadillac Cts

water went into the engine and have not moved it since. I was driving and the traction engaged light up on the dash and after that the engine fan off light came on engine over heated light up to after that i pulled to the side and turned car off immediately and the water was bubbling,should i replace motor or what should i do?
