Accessories Quit After Charging Battery

After charging the battery in my 2001 Cadillac Deville DTS, most of the accessories have quit working...interior lights, cigar lighters, power locks and remote locks, trunk release and gas flap release...and I cannot remove keys from ignition with emergency release. Fuses seem to check good.
