Where Is The Relay Panel For The 98 Cadillac Deville?

These Cadillacs have three panels. The one you're probably looking for is in the trunk. It's kind of a hidden fuse panel. Look behind the left seat on the front wall which is the drivers side. That's where you will find your rear fuse block.
There's two more in the engine bay on the drivers side. One by the air cleaner on the drives side. The fuse panel is next to the one I just listed that is accessible by removing the shroud cover.

the back rest of the back seat must be removed, behind it is a relay panel, probly 15 or so back there. the bolts go through the back seat back rest into the trunk. get in the trunk locate the two bolts around top back rest level one the left and right. remove nuts from each bolt,get in the back seat and pull the back seat back rest out (yes the part that your back rest upon)behind it you will see the relay center/panel your looking for, it took me a while to find it. good luck
