My Driver Side Back Door Will Not Open From The Inside Or The Outside

the handle feels as if it broken but ima not sure that the case because my passager side back door act up as well and starting to do it more and more is there any way to fix that if i turn off the auotmatic locks wil that help and if so will it help the door that is stuck and how would u remove the door panal from the inside if you cant opened the doors
