How To Open Hood With Broken Lever And Cable??

Hi, how s would I open my hood if the inside hood release lever is broken completely off, as well as the cable is broken.... ?? Please help!!

Pull the hood release handle inside the vehicle. It is located next to the parking brake pedal near the floor.

Then go to the front of the vehicle and pull the secondary hood release to the right. ...

Hold the latch to the right as you lift up on the hood.
