Power Windows Don't Work

Replaced switch in driver's side door. Looked at all the fuses (None appeared to be blown, but none of them are labeled "Power Windows" either). Tested electric connections.  Does that mean I need to replace the motor in the driver's side door?  None of the windows work. Thanks.
