Drain On Sunroof 2004 Buick Park Avenue

We have used tubing to clear the drain a about two years ago and we can not get it to clear now.  Tried weed eater string and tubing and seems to be something still keeping it from running freely.  Also, tried pouring peroxide down and repeating above.
