Leaking At The Radiator Plug?

Can you just replace the plug? around the plug, is it able to be repaired at a radiator shop if not such as plug won't tighten correctly? No sure on this model if it's plastic type encasing the plug screws into. Did a tune up, new PVC valve, Replaced fuel filter, fuel pump, cat convertor, intake gaskets, thermostat, radiator cap and hoses and now coolant is pourin out from around the plug. Help, very frustrated and broke down. Also cluster isn't functioning properly.
