Jerking Motion When I First Start And Drive Car.

When I first start and drive my car there is a jerking motion while in idol thqt dissappears usually after about 10 to 15 minutes of driving, I also notice that it tends to go away if I turn on the air conditioner. I have not had tune up for at least 100,000 miles, is this the problem?
