1998 Buick Park Avenue Brake Light Issue

1998 Buick park avenue right brake light still not working after checking both the bulbs and the fuses. my cruise control has not worked for quite some time now could the two be related? I just don't know where else to look. thanks, Patti

Seems like brake switch have a problem

There are usually two brake switch under the brake pedal( ragular stop light and third stop light switch)
