Does Each Electric Window In A 1998 Buick Century Hav Its On Relay Switch?

According to the chart on page 6-59 of the owner's manual, there is only one fuse/relay for the power windows: fuse 8. But there is also a circuit breaker for the power windows (Circuit Breaker B, page 6-57) so maybe that breaker got tripped and just needs to be reset.
