1996 Buick Park Ave Power Mirrors Won't Work, And The Drivers Power Seat Stuck

1996 Buick Park Ave power mirrors won't work, and the drivers power seat won't work either. Not sure if it's a fuse or not. If so I need a fuse diagram and know where to look, under the hood or inside under steering wheel?????
