Passive Restraint Timer.

My 1993 Buick Regal Gran Sport has a short that keeps draining the battery. We tracked it down to the glove box fuse that is listed as elect.. and the owner manual says it is the Radio-Clock, Insturment Panel Passive Restraint Timer. How do I fix this so it stops the slow drain on my battery?
