Engine Now Bucks, Runs Very Rough And Very Slow Acceleration Timing?

My 1992 Buick Park Avenue (base model) stalled wjile idleing yesterday and when I tried to re-start, battery was dead.  Replaced battery, car re-started but now bucks, runs extremely rough and cannot get over 30 mph.  Car was fine before it died.   Did the engine jump time??
