Err 4 Brother 7200 A

Dear Sirs, We are Dithar confection company based in tunisia All our machines is Brother mark, and recently we had a problem with one 7200 A, the first troubelshooting has Err 100 We had applicate the rest procedure and Greasing the problem is solved. but after the problem become Err 4. we also applicate the indicated recommendation but the broblem still, the machine work conteniously 6 seconds withouth stop and after stop. Can you please provide us with more details regarding the procedures to solve the Err 4. Thank yu very much for your support. Remain at your full disposal for more information you may need. This is main motor related error, so pls check is the problem in mechanical or electrical.

if you conform that error coming from electrical part. pls check as below.

step1: main motor encoder & motor

Step 2: Power PCB

Step 3: if you unable to find out error. Let me know details what step did u do.

urm/c should be 100% ok.
