Need Help.
I bought a Brothers PE770 from someone online. I was hooking it up today and did just as the manuel stated and when I turned it on the box stated: Tunr the machine off and attach the embroidery deck. I have turned it off and have done it all over again and this message will not go away. Any suggestions?

The deck must line up properly. Hopefully you did not lift the desk by the arm that moves back and forth on the desk that might bend it. I would slide it out and see if the slots where it fits into has some small amount of packing material or lint that is keeping it from making contact. Otherwise definitely contact Brother customer service or where you purchased the machine.
