Machine Not Turning On

Hello, My machine is not even turning it on. I last tried to work on my machine was about 1 month back and now it wont even turn on. The light is not turning on. I tried different outlet, yet the same problem. The machine is not even one year old. I bought this machine via Amazon, can I still get my machine replaced or get refund? What is the warrenty on it.
