Bobin Case And Timing?

I keep resetting the bobbin case and stuff but no matter how many times I take it out and put it back in properly the needle keeps hitting the thread, like the bobbin case isn't spinning in the thing? And it wont catch thread either, problem started out of the blue. Don't know what else to do..
